This Policy governs the acquisition and utilization of all value-added services within ReelWeave, encompassing "Premium Subscriptions," "VIP Status," and virtual goods such as "Coins" or "Bonus Points."
(2) Third-Party Billing
ReelWeave does not process payments directly. All financial settlements are routed through the authorized payment gateways of your mobile operating system (Apple Store or Google Play Store).
(3) Transaction Finality
The initiation of any purchase constitutes an immediate, binding agreement to these terms. Users acknowledge that digital delivery is instantaneous.
(1) Coin's Classification
Coins are defined as proprietary, non-transferable digital licenses. Their sole function is to unlock specific copyrighted episodes or premium features within the ReelWeave interface.
(2) No Monetary Value
Coins are not cryptocurrency and hold no real-world fiscal value. They cannot be withdrawn, refunded, traded for fiat currency, or transferred to other users or applications.
(3) Pricing Dynamics
ReelWeave reserves the exclusive right to adjust the exchange rate of Coins bundles or alter the Coins cost required to view specific content without prior notification, based on economic factors.
(1) VIP Entitlements
Purchasing a membership grants time-limited privileges, which may include AD-free viewing, advanced access to new episodes, or bulk discounts on content, as specified at the point of sale.
(2) Evolution of Benefits
We reserve the operational right to modify, add, or discontinue specific membership perks to align with our evolving product strategy and content licensing agreements.
(3) Expiration and Revocation
Upon the expiration of a subscription term, all associated VIP privileges cease immediately. However, specific content previously permanently unlocked via Coins generally remains accessible.
(1) Non-Refundable Nature
Due to the intangible, instantly consumable nature of digital content, all purchases of Coins and Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where strictly mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
(2) Dispute Consequences
Initiating a chargeback without valid cause is considered a breach of contract. Such actions may result in the permanent suspension of your ReelWeave account and the confiscation of all virtual balance.
(3) Liability for Unauthorized Use
You bear full responsibility for all charges incurred on your account. ReelWeave is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your device or payment passwords.
(1) Official Purchasing Channels
Users must strictly utilize the in-app purchase system. ReelWeave accepts no liability for losses resulting from purchasing via unauthorized third-party vendors.
(2) Resolution of Errors
If you experience delivery errors (e.g., Coin/VIP not credited), first attempt to “Refresh” the application. If the issue persists, contact contact@njqinman.com for manual verification.
