(1) Binding Engagement
This document functions as a mandatory legal contract between the end-user ("You") and ReelWeave. It governs your access to and utilization of the ReelWeave platform and its associated media services.
(2) Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the application, creating an account, or accessing our content, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue all use.
(3) Supplemental Agreements
These Terms do not exist in isolation; they are legally supplemented by the ReelWeave Privacy Policy and the Membership Terms, which are incorporated here by reference.
(1) Proprietary Rights
ReelWeave and its authorized licensors retain exclusive ownership of all original assets within the service, including but not limited to video content, narrative scripts, graphical interfaces, source code, and trademarks.
(2) Limited User License
Subject to your compliance, ReelWeave grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
(3) Restrictions on Use
You are strictly prohibited from copying, ripping, adapting, redistributing, or recording any content provided by the Service. Any unauthorized commercial exploitation or public broadcasting of the material is a violation of intellectual property laws.
(1) Registration Accuracy
To access the full suite of features, you must register an account. You hereby certify that all information provided during this process is accurate, current, and complete.
(2) Account Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. ReelWeave is not liable for losses resulting from negligence in account security. If you suspect a breach, contact contact@njqinman.com immediately.
(3) Code of Conduct
Users agree to abstain from: (a) transmitting harassment or abusive language; (b) attempting to reverse-engineer the software; (c) uploading malicious code or infringing material; (d) impersonating any person or entity.
(1) Monetization Model
ReelWeave operates on a hybrid revenue model which may include third-party advertising displays alongside optional premium subscriptions and à la carte purchases.
(2) Virtual Currency
The app utilizes "Coins" as a proprietary digital currency. While purchased with real-world currency, Coins possess no monetary value, cannot be exchanged back for cash, and are usable exclusively within the ReelWeave ecosystem for content unlocking.
(3) Subscription Governance
All recurring subscriptions are further regulated by the Renewal Agreement and the specific billing terms of the underlying platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
(1) Service Warranty Disclaimer
ReelWeave explicitly disclaims all warranties regarding uptime, error-free operation, or specific content availability.
(2) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ReelWeave harmless against any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
(3) Amendments and Governing Law
We may modify these Terms at our discretion. Continued use signifies agreement to changes. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the user's local jurisdiction.
